Reporting to the Sector Head, your mission will be to contribute personally to customer satisfaction and sales development, ensuring an excellent shopping experience. YOU ARE A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE TEAM! Your functions will be:

• Ensure correct customer service and sales according to the Sales Plan.
• Collaborate and implement commercial operations and make improvement suggestions to better meet customer needs.
• Maintain your section focusing on the placement, replenishment, and labeling of merchandise.
• Manage the stock of the Hardware and Tools section according to your Manager's instructions.
• Comply with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with your team within the company's values framework.
• Participate in the life of the store, live and make the company project live.
