Fundcraft is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead its financial strategy across Europe, reporting to the CEO and partnering with the Board. The role will own capital allocation, fundraising, investor relations, and multi‑jurisdictional finance operations across Luxembourg, Spain, and France.

You will build and scale a high‑performing finance team, implement IFRS/local GAAP, and champion AI‑driven FP&A and automation to accelerate growth and value creation.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, CFO/VP Finance or equivalent in high-growth tech/fintech, preferably regulated.
• Experience leading venture capital rounds, growth equity fundraising, or debt financing.
• Deep multi-jurisdictional knowledge of European regulatory, legal, and tax environments (Luxembourg/Spain/France preferred).
• Background in financial services, alternative asset management, or fund administration tech is desirable.
• Experience embedding AI and automation into FP&A, reporting, and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead fundraising strategy with CEO, engaging institutional investors and VCs.
• Own investor relations, external capital raises, and due diligence artifacts (data rooms, models, presentations).
• Provide board-level financial reporting, risk assessment, and scenario analyses.
• Oversee multi-jurisdictional finance ops across Luxembourg, Spain, and France with IFRS / local GAAP compliance.
• Drive AI-native finance initiatives and translate operations data into actionable insights.
