Zoomlion is seeking a Service Manager for Spain/Valencia to monitor service quality, optimize processes, and coordinate cross-department resources. The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction machinery after-sales service and experience leading service teams.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, fluency in English or Chinese, and proficiency in MS Office. Candidates with prior service management experience are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering Machinery, Mechanical Manufacturing, English, National Trade, etc.
• Rich experience in after-sales service in construction machinery industry, familiar with service supervision systems.
• 3+ years of experience in after-sales service industry and service team management.
• Fluent in English or Chinese with strong listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general office software.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor service quality and process compliance; report issues and major product quality anomalies.
• Collect system issues, propose optimization, and supervise implementation.
• Coordinate service resources; identify anomalies and coordinate across departments.
• Build and manage customer service centers; monitor feedback and complaint handling.
• Oversee department construction, recruitment, training, selection and cultivation of personnel.
• Handle other tasks assigned by HQ and superiors.
