Diverxia in Valencia is seeking a Document Controller to manage and control project documentation for large-scale solar EPC projects. You will ensure quality, traceability and availability of technical documents, with a focus on the U.S. market.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, procurement, QA/QC and construction, maintaining PDCS in line with PQP and contractual requirements, and supporting audits and archival processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Management, or related field.
• 3+ years in document control on EPC/construction/energy projects; solar/renewable energy preferred.
• Knowledge of EPC document control, transmittal management, revision control; ISO 9001 familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain the Project Document Control System (PDCS) per PQP and contract.
• Manage receipt, registration, distribution, and filing of drawings, specs, vendor docs, correspondence, records.
• Control document revisions; circulate only current, approved versions.
• Issue and track transmittals to/from subcontractors, suppliers, client.
• Support preparation of as-built packages for PAC and FAC handover.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, construction to meet submission timelines.
• Track RFIs, submittals, and NCRs; report to Project Manager.
• Prepare periodic document control KPI reports.
