Bofill Taller de Arquitectura in Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona) seeks an experienced Document Controller to join international project teams. The role supports large-scale architectural projects, coordinating documentation, revisions, and submissions across multidisciplinary teams and clients.

You will manage project information in common data environments, ensure version control, and generate regular status reports. The ideal candidate is methodical, detail-oriented and fluent in English.

Formación

• Experience as Document Controller on large multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficient with ACONEX and BIM/CDE workflows.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and submission processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and control architectural, engineering and consultant documentation across large-scale international projects.
• Administer project documentation through ACONEX, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360 or other Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
• Maintain document registers, drawing registers, transmittal logs and submission trackers.
• Ensure that project teams are always working with the latest approved versions of drawings and documents.
• Coordinate document workflows between architecture, BIM, interior design, landscape, structure, MEP, façade and specialist disciplines.
• Prepare regular reports on document status, submissions, approvals and overdue items.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain a clear and auditable record of project communications.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings to establish documentation protocols, workflows and responsibilities.
