Julius Baer invites graduates to join its 18-month IT Digital Transformation Graduate Programme in Spain with three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment. You’ll gain hands-on experience, build a global network, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.

Your role in Digital Transformation Spain supports design, development and maintenance of technology solutions to empower front offices and meet customer demand.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software/technology (graduation max. 12 months ago).
• Initial practical experience in software/technology.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and German a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain software modules using best practices in coding and design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, security, and consistency in development.
• Perform testing and troubleshooting to support robust and integrated systems.
• Contribute to agile processes and continuous improvement of software delivery practices.

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university of applied sciences with above‑average grades in software / technology (graduation max. 12 months ago)
• Initial practical experience in software and technology related
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth
• A global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning
• Fluency in English, with additional languages being a plus such as Spanish and German
• Eligibility to work in the country where you apply for the position
