A multinational company is seeking an HR Technology Specialist to support the implementation of UKG solutions in Barcelona. The role includes configuring requests and workflows during the implementation phase and transitioning to Tier 2 support post go-live. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, experience with HRIS systems, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The position offers a permanent contract and a hybrid work model after the adaptation period.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related fields, preferred experience in HRIS systems.
• Experience with HR technology platforms administration.
• Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support roll-out of UKG modules across countries/regions.
• Act as Tier 2 support for UKG platform post go-live.
• Contribute to documentation and training materials.
