Mercier Consultancy Group is assisting a global leader in mobile gaming to fill the Turkish Speaking Player Support Specialist role for Supercell Games in Bulgaria. The position targets a passionate gamer who will support Turkish-speaking players across the Supercell portfolio while collaborating with an international team.

Key duties include resolving technical issues, collecting feedback, and providing expert guidance on game mechanics.

Formación

• Native Turkish (spoken and written)
• English proficiency for collaboration with international team
• EU passport is mandatory
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria
• Experience in gaming or tech-support is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, real-time Turkish-speaking support for Supercell Games players.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues and account queries accurately.
• Escalate bugs and feature requests to development teams.
• Keep up-to-date with game mechanics, updates and community trends.
• Participate in team briefings, trainings and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain courteous, professional communication with players at all times.
