Gartner is seeking a Client Success Associate - Turkish speaker to help clients maximize value from their Gartner subscription. You will onboard clients, surface priorities, and connect them with Gartner experts to drive adoption and ROI.

In this role you will collaborate with several client teams and internal stakeholders, deliver tailored guidance, and track engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard clients and prove value of Gartner services.
• Surface client priorities and align Gartner resources to drive ROI.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver service and outcomes.
