• Partner with clients from C-level to junior professionals to ensure Gartner subscription success.
• Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and connect them with experts.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximize ROI on membership.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery and innovative solutions.
• Leverage insights to drive client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
