Job summary

Jobgether partners with a growing fintech in Spain to recruit a Treasury Manager. You will oversee day-to-day treasury and payment operations, manage cash across accounts and currencies, and produce regular cash and crypto reporting for Finance leadership.

The role combines regulatory readiness with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, regulated environment. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, you will design scalable processes, strengthen controls, and collaborate across Finance, Accounting,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in treasury or payments, preferably fintech or crypto.
• Experience executing corporate payments and managing approvals.
• Proficient in multi-currency reconciliations and cash reporting.
• Fluent English; CET/EET timezone availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payment operations across banks and PSPs.
• Redesign payment workflows and strengthen invoice checks before release.
• Consolidate cash and crypto balances; produce regular cash/crypto reports.
• Maintain safeguarding/regulatory readiness and client-asset segregation.
• Develop scalable treasury processes with Finance and Engineering.
