Embat is looking for an Implementation Specialist based in Madrid to configure and activate their financial software for new clients. You will engage directly with CFOs, manage project configurations, and ensure user satisfaction throughout the implementation process.

The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in financial software implementation, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in both Spanish and English. The role offers a competitive salary and benefits in a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience with finance and software implementation projects.
• Experience with financial software like TMSs or ERPs.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Configure Embat software for new clients based on their business needs.
• Interact with clients to ensure successful software implementation.
• Provide ongoing customer service and support during the implementation process.
