Netzon Group, ubicado en Barcelona, busca un Travel Specialist para unirse a nuestro equipo internacional. Gestionarás reservas, recomendaciones y búsquedas de tarifas a través de teléfono, correo y chat, convirtiendo usuarios en clientes fieles.

Se valorará experiencia en recepción y servicio al cliente, dominio de español e inglés. El puesto es a tiempo completo (39 horas/semana) con contrato temporal de 3 meses (1 mes de probation) en un modelo híbrido (oficina en Barcelona y remoto).

Formación

• Dominio del español e inglés (fluidez)
• Habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación verbal
• Experiencia previa en roles de recepción (hotel, restaurante, front desk)
• Experiencia como Travel Specialist será valorada
• Capacidad para manejar llamadas desafiantes y situaciones difíciles
• Buena escucha y capacidad para entender necesidades del cliente
• Competencia con Google Workspace u otras plataformas de colaboración

Responsabilidades

• Atender a los clientes por teléfono, correo y chat en reservas de hotel, recomendaciones y disponibilidad
• Convertir usuarios nuevos en clientes fieles y fomentar la repetición
• Identificar necesidades del cliente y proponer opciones adecuadas
• Mantener conocimiento de productos y sistemas para disponibilidad, precios y ofertas
• Ser embajador del programa Tablet Plus y mantener una experiencia de cliente de alta calidad

At Netzon Group, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Travel Specialist to join our International Team in Barcelona.

About the Role

Tablet Hotels is a curated booking platform specializing in stylish, boutique, luxury, and distinctive hotels worldwide. Rather than offering a large volume of properties, it carefully selects hotels based on design, ambiance, service quality, and overall guest experience.

The Customer Service team is responsible for maintaining Tablet’s reputation for having the best customer service in the online travel agency business.

As the face of the company our Travel Specialists’ mission is to create a customer experience so incredible it defines the brand.

Your Mission

• Assist our clients via phone, email, and live chat with hotel reservations, hotel recommendations, rate and availability searches, technical support, special requests, and feedback.
• Convert new users into loyal customers and keep them coming back for more.
• Identifying customer needs quickly and recommending suitable options to enhance their stay.
• Maintaining strong product and system knowledge to provide accurate availability, pricing, and offers.
• Be the travel expert. You’ll also be an ambassador of our Tablet Plus program.
• Maintain a high quality customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in reception roles (hotel, restaurant, or building front desk).
• Previous Experience as a Travel Specialist would be a plus.
• Ability to handle challenging calls and difficult situations professionally.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to ask relevant questions to understand customer needs.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or other cloud-based document creation and collaboration platforms.

What We Offer

• Start Date: August/ September
• Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation).
• Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 Shorter day in the week).
• Salary: €18,711,01 gross per year.
• Performance Incentives: €100 Monthly based on KPIs
• Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
• Training: 3 Weeks, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Office Location: Barcelona (Eixample).
