Netzon Group is hiring a Travel Specialist for Spanish and English fluency to support Tablet Hotels clients from Madrid. This temporary, full-time role focuses on reservations, recommendations, and handling inquiries across phone, email, and live chat.

You will work in a hybrid setup with about 39 hours per week, six days per month in the office, starting August/September. We value strong communication, previous front desk experience, and the ability to turn inquiries into loyal customers.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Previous reception/front desk experience in hotel/restaurant.
• Travel Specialist experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle challenging calls professionally.
• Strong listening and inquiry skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace or similar cloud-based tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients via phone, email, and live chat with reservations, recommendations, and searches.
• Provide accurate availability, pricing and offers.
• Convert new users into loyal customers and promote Tablet Plus program.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable options.
