Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an ambitious Retail Manager for Travel Retail in Southern Europe. This role focuses on Northern Europe responsibilities, leading a field team and managing budgets to drive sales and market share.

You will build retailer partnerships, forecast performance, and collaborate with Marketing and VM to support campaigns and product launches. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a multi-site environment.
• Proven ability to grow market share and manage budgets.
• Strong forecasting and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Define development and growth strategies with the Head of Travel Retail, Europe for designated accounts and implement in stores.
• Deliver sell-out in line with forecasts and drive brand awareness across the region.
• Build retailer relationships to optimise presence and negotiate joint trading plans.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and manage field team performance and engagement.
• Forecast monthly staffing costs and manage the travel retail budget.
