Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty is seeking an ambitious Retail Manager to lead the Travel Retail team for Northern Europe. You will build retailer relationships, forecast sales, and manage store-based teams including business managers and retail artists.

The role requires strong negotiation, budget oversight, and data-driven decision making. You will collaborate with Marketing, VM, and Field Teams to launch campaigns, drive brand presence, and optimize market share.

Qualifications

• Wide experience in Retail or Sales Management.
• Travel Retail experience is desirable.
• Strong people focus and team development.
• Proven track record of negotiations and influencing others.
• Target-focused and results-driven with numerical/analytical ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
• Spanish language desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Define development and growth strategies with the Head of Travel Retail for designated accounts and implement in stores.
• Deliver sell-out in line with forecast commitments and drive brand awareness.
• Build relationships with retailer contacts to optimise brand presence and share of voice.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning meetings with partners.
• Recruit and develop high performing Retail teams for store launches and set ambitious targets.
• Collaborate with Travel Retail Marketing & VM teams to launch campaigns and maintain brand presence.
• Forecast and manage retail staffing costs, commissions, and travel/expense budgets.
• Ensure in-store execution standards and optimal stock availability.
