Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking a Field Training Manager – Iberia (Spain & Portugal) based in Madrid to lead store-based education for Managers and Artists, both in person and virtually, and to ensure the Learning Management System is actively managed.

You will collaborate with the Field Sales Manager to define a regional people plan, tailor education to commercial needs, and drive exceptional service across the area through coaching, store visits, and KPI-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective and inspirational delivery of all defined training materials across the region.
• Define a training and development plan for the area to achieve retail expectations.
• Deliver the agreed training plan within defined timeframes.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide high quality virtual and physical training sessions.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Managers and provide feedback for continual learning improvements.
• Lead by example on counter and online during events and trainings.
