Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in Madrid is seeking a Field Training Manager for Iberia (Spain & Portugal) to lead store-based education and development for Managers and Artists, both face-to-face and virtual, while ensuring the Learning Management System is accurate and responsive.

You will work with the Field Sales Manager to define a regional people plan, adapt education to business needs, and model exceptional service through coaching, observation, and social advocacy.

Qualifications

• Experience in the beauty industry and coaching to high performance.
• Excellent presentation and classroom delivery.
• Clear, motivational communication style with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify training needs and measure learning outcomes.
• Able to travel within the territory weekly and internationally if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the effective delivery of defined training materials across the region.
• Facilitate full Curriculum including induction, social and developmental training.
• Oversee the Learning Management System and ensure accurate content.
• Monitor KPIs and adapt training based on feedback for continual improvement.
• Collaborate with Field Sales Managers to define area education strategy and plan.
• Deliver training within defined timeframes and conduct regular store visits and virtual sessions.
