You will analyze processes, collaborate with operations, technology, product, and finance teams, forecast performance with advanced analytics, and present clear recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience with data analysis tools and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing logistics processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost-reduction opportunities across warehousing, transport, and last-mile delivery.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve logistics quality and key KPIs such as on-time delivery, damage rates, and cost per order.
• Collaborate with operations, technology, product, and finance to design and execute improvement projects.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor the financial impact of improvements and demonstrate ROI.
• Forecast logistics performance using advanced analytics and identify trends to address issues proactively.
• Stay updated on best practices and the competitive landscape in logistics and supply chain.
• Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.
