Sanofi is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist (CES) Transplant in Madrid. You will drive a launch and growth strategy across hematologists and other cGvHD-related specialties, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring compliant, ethical engagement in the transplant field.

Formación

• Established experience as a commercial representative in healthcare (hematology, oncology, transplant or immunology).
• Strong knowledge of health-system business, decision-making, and market trends.
• Experience with omnichannel strategies, account mapping, insights collection and hospital-level product launches.

Responsabilidades

• Drive launch and growth in assigned accounts within Madrid territory.
• Develop segmentation, profiling and engagement plans for hematologists and related specialties.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams to share market insights and align strategies.
