Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Training & Quality Specialist (Catalan-speaking) to support a travel industry customer service team. You will monitor quality, train staff, and analyze data to drive improvements.

You will work on-site in a central Barcelona location, contribute to AI and automation initiatives, and collaborate with management to implement efficient quality programs. A mix of coaching, analytics, and reporting will be central to this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Quality, Training, Coaching, or a similar role.
• Fluent in English and either Catalan, Galician or Basque.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
• Intermediate Excel skills and experience with reporting tools (Power BI/DOMO).
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve quality by evaluations and calibrations with consistent AI-assisted quality assessments.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding, refresher training, and coaching to address skill gaps.
• Analyze performance and customer feedback to identify trends and root causes.

• Drive continuous improvement to optimize processes and support operational excellence.
• Support AI and automation initiatives by contributing to AI/BOT training and evaluation criteria.

Your responsibilities

• Monitor and improve quality by conducting evaluations and calibrations, providing structured feedback, and ensuring consistency across human and AI-assisted quality assessments.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding sessions, refresher training, and targeted coaching to address skill gaps and improve performance.
• Analyze performance and customer feedback by reviewing quality results, KPIs, and customer complaints to identify trends and root causes.
• Prepare reports and insights using Excel, DOMO, and Power BI to support decision-making and collaborate with management on improvement plans.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, maintain quality standards, and support operational excellence.
• Support AI and automation initiatives by contributing to AI/BOT training, knowledge management, and the improvement of evaluation criteria and AI-driven solutions.

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in Quality, Training, Coaching, or a similar role.
• Fluent in English and either Catalan, Galician or Basque, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
• Intermediate-level Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or DOMO.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with quality assurance processes, CRM tools, data analysis, or AI/BOT environments is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
