Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development, Education, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a childcare or early learning setting.
• Thorough knowledge of the South African Children's Act and relevant childcare regulations.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
• Proficiency in relevant administrative software and tools.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
