Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Tooling & Field Operations Coordinator to manage the preparation, dispatch, tracking, and control of tooling sets for field operations. You will travel to job sites to oversee safe tool usage and ensure compliance with safety standards, maintaining complete tool movement documentation.

You will monitor tool calibration and certification, support planning with the Tool Center Manager, and ensure tools pass maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Background in tool management and field operations with focus on safety and compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory reporting.
• Strong communication to collaborate with technicians and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation, packing, and safe dispatch of tooling sets for field operations.
• Travel to job sites to oversee safe tool usage and ensure safety standards.
• Track tool movements using SAP/TCTP/Excel with accurate documentation.
• Manage on-site tool check-in/check-out and perform receiving inspections on tool return.
• Assist Tool Center Manager with planning, reporting, and inventory preparation, ensuring maintenance and certification schedules.
