Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a professional in a hybrid role to monitor and maintain power plant control systems, perform field service, and lead modernization projects across Spain and international sites. The position emphasizes collaboration with operations and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver reliable solutions.

Candidates should have automation or electrical engineering education and relevant experience in industrial automation, with knowledge of SPPA‑T3000, PCS 7, WinCC

Qualifications

• Degree or technical diploma in automation, electrical, electronic, or computer engineering required.
• Experience in industrial automation and power plant control systems preferred.
• Familiarity with IT/OT infrastructure, virtualization, and OT cybersecurity is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain power plant control systems remotely, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
• Perform field service, installations, software updates, migrations, and commissioning at customer sites.
• Support testing, commissioning, and modernization projects across Spain and abroad.
• Provide technical support and document service reports and maintenance logs.
• Participate in a scheduled on‑call rotation and travel for field assignments.
