• Carry out all technical tyre services per defined standards and safety instructions.
• Identify additional technical services to be carried out and intervene on the vehicle.
• Complete Master Check and relay information.
• Contribute to a healthy, safe work environment and implement necessary measures.
• Handle daily administration related to the service center.
• Maintain direct, commercial relationships with customers and support service center development.

Descripción del empleo

MISSION:
Diagnose and carry out technical tyre services to meet customer needs, in compliance with all work methods, including safety instructions. Work in accordance with Euromaster's policies and values, health and safety rules, leadership model (I CARE) and ethical guidelines and contributing to the development of the service center.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

• Carry out all technical services required for tyre maintenance, in compliance with work standards and safety instructions defined for the activity (wearing mandatory equipment, etc.).
• Identify additional technical services (additional sales) to be carried out and intervene on the vehicle.
• Complete Master Check and pass on information.
• Contribute to the work environment and participate in the implementation of the measures needed to achieve a good, healthy and safe work environment.
• Dailay operational tasks connected to the service center - on site and off site
• Handle daily administration connected to the service center
• Ensure a direct and commercial relationship with the customer.
• Contribute to the sale of services and/or products (keep informed of current promotional campaigns and product knowledge).
• Together with the manager and the team contribute to the development of the service center.
