An established company in the automotive industry is seeking a dedicated Tyre Mechanic to work at their workshop facility located in Polígono Industrial de Marratxí. Your Key Responsibilities

• Dismount, repair, inspect, and fit tyres for passenger cars, professional transport vehicles such as coaches, agricultural machinery, and industrial vehicles.
• Perform tyre balancing, pressure checks, and visual assessments to detect punctures, wear patterns, or structural defects.
• Ensure all tyre installations and repairs comply with professional safety and roadworthiness standards.
• Utilize user-level computer systems to check work orders, register tyre changes, and update service records.
• Keep workshop tools, machinery, and workstations in safe, orderly operating condition.

What You Should Bring

• Hands-on experience or proven technical knowledge in tyre mounting, mechanical repairs, and workshop procedures (highly valued).
• Experience or familiarity handling diverse vehicle categories, from personal cars to heavy agricultural and industrial machinery.
• Basic user-level computer skills to handle workshop documentation and digital tasks.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and readiness to adapt to rotating shift schedules.

What is Offered

• An initial 3-month temporary employment contract with genuine prospects for contract extension and progressive salary increases.
• A starting gross annual salary of 21,500 EUR (reviewable).
• Working schedule based on rotating shifts from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 19:00, plus alternate Saturdays (compensated accordingly).
