Lanserhof GmbH in Marbella is seeking a Physiotherapist/Osteopath with strong leadership to shape and develop our therapy and exercise programmes. You will ensure high-quality care and integrate evidence-based approaches within the Lanserhof Concept.

Lead a multidisciplinary team, manage staff development, and maintain therapy standards while collaborating with doctors and external partners. Fluent English and Spanish are essential in this international setting.

Formación

• Completed training/degree as a physiotherapist or osteopath.
• Several years' professional experience; ideally with management experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical leadership, quality assurance and the further development of treatment programmes
• Ensuring compliance with therapy and documentation standards
• Introducing evidence-based therapies and methods; training the team
• Staff management: motivation, development, training of new staff, performance reviews
• Organisation & practice management: scheduling and shift planning, capacity optimisation, monitoring of key performance indicators
• Patient treatment: delivering independent treatments (physiotherapy/osteopathy) and drawing up individual treatment plans
• Communication & cross-functional work: acting as a point of contact for staff, patients and external partners; collaborating with doctors, partner organisations and funding bodies
• Contributing to internal projects and process improvements
