Philip Morris International in Bilbao is seeking a Territory Commercial Executive to drive lead-generation programs with POS owners and resellers. You will manage training, launches and portfolio positioning while ensuring correct product placement and strong relationships with clients.

The role requires a university degree, English B2 and Spanish near-native, a valid EU work permit, and 2+ years in sales/trade marketing with FMCG exposure in B2B.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent.
• English level B2 or higher, tested.
• EU work permit and valid Spanish driving license.
• 2+ years in sales/trade marketing/marketing dept.
• 1+ year FMCG in B2B (desirable).
• Ability to negotiate and meet sales targets.
• Strong client relationship-building and prioritization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and negotiate lead-generation programs with POS owners, employees, and resellers.
• Own training, engagement activities, new product launches and portfolio positioning.
• Ensure correct product placement and monitor KPI progress.
• Drive continuous improvement of qualitative and quantitative objectives at the point of sale.
