Wilhelmsen Ship Management in Terrassa invites applications for a Supply Coordinator. You will ensure orders are processed on time, coordinate product availability, lead times, and deliveries with customers and internal teams.

The role demands an organized, proactive professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a multinational environment. English is essential, and knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.

Formación

• Degree in Commerce or Transport and Logistics.
• Experience in supply coordination or logistics.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong English language skills.
• French or Portuguese knowledge is a plus.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer orders and monitor product availability and lead times.
• Track quotations and orders awaiting approval.
• Process orders, including non-available items, and coordinate related deliveries.
• Interface with warehouse and service providers to ship shipments.
• Provide updates on availability, delays, and delivery status.
• Prepare cost information for invoicing.
• Maintain reports and documents, supporting other departments.
