Medline Iberia in Madrid seeks a detail-oriented Tender Agent to support the end-to-end tender management process. You will prepare and coordinate submissions, ensuring compliance with procurement rules and tight deadlines. Strong administrative and data-collection skills are essential.

You will collaborate with logistics, sales and marketing, use CRM systems to track contracts and responses, and maintain accurate records. Proficiency in Spanish is required; English is a plus.
