Etro in Marbella is seeking a dedicated Client Advisor for a full-time, temporary sickness cover in our Puerto Banús boutique. You will provide high-quality service, embody the Etro heritage, and guide clients through the brand experience.

Responsibilities include assisting customers with the Etro selling ceremony, advising on trends in fashion and luxury, achieving store goals, and building CRM/clienteling efforts. English fluency is required; other languages are a plus.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role within fashion and luxury retail.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs and Etro heritage.
• Assist customers with the Etro selling ceremony.
• Advise on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
