Etro Boutique Puerto Banús in Spain seeks a full-time Client Advisor to cover temporary sickness absence. You will provide customers with high-quality service, share Etro’s philosophy, and promote its luxury heritage.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer experiences, CRM/clienteling, maintaining visual displays, and supporting inventory and cashier processes while collaborating with the team. Fluency in English is required, additional languages welcomed.

Formación

• Fluent in English required; additional languages a plus.
• Experience in luxury fashion or retail preferred.
• Strong clienteling and CRM mindset.
• Ability to meet store goals and develop relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by meeting customer needs with knowledge of Etro products and heritage.
• Assist customers with the Etro selling ceremony.
• Discuss fashion trends and luxury market developments with clients.
• Contribute to achieving store goals by enhancing sales.
• Build relationships with customers through CRM and clienteling.
• Foster strong teamwork with colleagues.
• Support visual merchandising in line with Etro guidelines.
• Assist replenishment and inventory checks.
• Handle cashier procedures and after-sales service.
• Adhere to Etro grooming standards and policies.
