Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a customer service representative to backfill a temporary role supporting the repair facility team. You will provide exceptional customer experiences and handle administrative duties throughout the repair process.

The role requires multitasking under pressure, attention to detail, and effective communication with customers and insurance partners. Prior experience in auto body or similar settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a similar role such as administrative assistant.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar environment with prior customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list, and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with rental usage details.
• Manage ARMS daily to ensure vehicles are noted in CCC One.
