Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will document interactions, communicate with customers and insurers, and ensure alignment with the shop’s KPIs.

Responsibilities include providing timely repair guidance, complying with DRP requirements, and supporting team members in a fast-paced environment. I-CAR training and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately with details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Coordinate repair planning and communications with customers and teams.
• Participate in daily production walks and team meetings.
