JB is seeking a Telephone Operator / Receptionist for a private villa in Marbella. The role is full-time and involves handling calls, greeting guests, and coordinating reservations.

We operate 24/7; flexibility, discretion, and multilingual communication in English and Spanish are essential. Proficiency with messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram) is valued for seamless guest interaction.

• Fluent English (speaking and writing).
• Fluent Spanish (speaking and writing).
• Pleasant and professional voice.
• Quick and efficient communication, both spoken and written.
• Comfortable using messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.).
• Ability to communicate clearly in multiple languages (speaking and texting).

• Experience in customer service, reception, or hospitality preferred.
