Boeva Tech is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a growing multilingual team in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be the first point of contact for customers of a Swiss telecommunications provider, delivering top-notch service and identifying sales opportunities.

You’ll start on-site with a fully paid training program, with potential for two remote days after four months. A strong German skillset and customer-focused mindset are essential for success.

Your Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers of a renowned Swiss telecommunications company.

You will provide exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to business growth.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently

Assist customers with administrative, billing, and product-related inquiries

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

Update and maintain customer records within internal systems

Base Salary: €1,636.14 Gross/Month

Billing Skills Bonus: €102.25 Gross/Month

Work Schedule

Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 22:00
