Vantage Towers in Madrid, Spain seeks a Site Design, Plan & Deployment Expert (m/f/d) to drive network deployment projects with customers and vendors. You will manage dashboards, SLA compliance, and lead deployment meetings, while directing incident management and budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in network deployment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Hybrid work model, competitive salary, health and life insurance offered.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in network deployment roles, with customer/vendor interaction preferred.
• Strong customer orientation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence and manage projects in telco/infrastructure.
• Experience in budget management and vendor/contractor oversight.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; capable of cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service assurance and monitor service dashboards to meet SLAs.
• Conduct service tracking meetings with customer leadership and with providers.
• Oversee daily contractor/vendor deployment incident management.
• Manage budgets and delivery targets for network deployment projects.
• Lead telco/infrastructure deployment projects with customers and vendors.
• Work with civil works drawings and ensure compliance with H&S and SGC policies.
