Job summary

MediaMarkt España is seeking a dedicated professional to own the end-to-end Telco customer lifecycle, from onboarding to pre-renewal, driving engagement, value and retention. You will define post-purchase campaigns, onboarding education, and cross-/upsell logic while coordinating with campaign, digital, compliance and country teams.

The role emphasizes translating journeys into campaigns, a strong grasp of loyalty programs, and collaboration across international teams in a fast-paced retail tech

Qualifications

• Experience in lifecycle management, CRM and customer engagement.
• Ability to translate journeys into campaigns and communications.
• Strong understanding of in-life value creation.
• Experience in loyalty programs, customer retention, or customer value management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Telco customer lifecycle blueprint from onboarding to pre-renewal.
• Define post-purchase and always-on campaigns.
• Own onboarding communication and feature education.
• Develop cross- and upsell logic during contract life.
• Coordinate with campaign, digital, compliance, and country teams.
• Align lifecycle logic with proposition, retention, and CX/NPS insights.
• Integrate Telco use cases into the Loyalty ecosystem.
• Share best practices and standardize across countries.
