Job summary

MediaMarktSaturn Plattform Services GmbH in El Prat de Llobregat, Spain, is seeking a CRM/Lifecycle Marketing professional to build and own the end-to-end Telco loyalty lifecycle from onboarding to pre-renewal.

You will define post-purchase campaigns, onboarding communications, and cross-/upsell logic, coordinating with country teams to align with retention and CX insights. This role requires experience in lifecycle management and loyalty programs, with strong telecommunications exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in lifecycle management, CRM, and customer engagement.
• Experience translating journeys into campaigns and communications.
• Strong understanding of in-life value creation.
• Experience in loyalty programs, customer retention, or customer value management.
• Experience in telecommunications, mobile subscriptions, or related subscription-based businesses is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end lifecycle blueprint from onboarding to pre-renewal.
• Definition of post-purchase and always-on campaigns.
• Ownership of onboarding communication and feature education.
• Development of cross- and upsell logic during contract life.
• Coordination of implementation with campaign, digital, compliance, and country teams.
• Alignment of lifecycle logic with proposition, retention, and CX/NPS insights.
• Integration of Telco use cases into the existing Loyalty ecosystem.
• Best-practice sharing and standardization across countries.
• Tracking and optimization of business case performance throughout the customer lifecycle.
