MediaMarkt España is seeking an entry-level professional to build and own the end-to-end Telco customer lifecycle and loyalty blueprint, from onboarding to pre-renewal. You will drive engagement, retention, and cross-/upsell opportunities within the customer relationship.

You will define onboarding communications, develop cross- and upsell logic during the contract life, and coordinate with campaign, digital, compliance, and country teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Formación

• Experience in lifecycle management, CRM, and customer engagement.
• Ability to translate journeys into campaigns and communications.
• Strong understanding of in-life value creation.
• Experience in loyalty programs or customer value management.
• Experience in telecommunications or subscription-based businesses is strongly preferred.
• International and cross-functional experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end lifecycle blueprint from onboarding to pre-renewal.
• Define post-purchase and always-on campaigns.
• Own onboarding communication and feature education.
• Develop cross- and upsell logic during contract life.
• Coordinate with campaign, digital, compliance, and country teams.
• Align lifecycle logic with retention and CX/NPS insights.
• Integrate Telco use cases into the Loyalty ecosystem.
• Share best practices and standardize across countries.
• Track and optimize business case performance throughout the customer lifecycle.
