Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant for the Telco Industry in the EMEA region. This hands-on role supports Solution Sales with deep telecom expertise, guiding customers through complex transformation initiatives and aligning ServiceNow solutions with telecom requirements.

You will lead discovery workshops, deliver tailored demos, and mentor other consultants while shaping account strategy in the telecom vertical.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Deep telecom operations knowledge and telco processes.
• Experience selling to major telecom providers; Telefónica, Vodafone, Orange valued.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow or strong cloud software expertise.
• Collaborative with Product Management, Product Marketing, partners and Professional Services.
• Strategic account planning and strong Sales alignment in telco vertical.

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team, focused on telecom operators and service providers.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand customers' challenges and deliver demos aligned to telecom use cases.
• Engage with customers on industry-specific processes and systems, including service operations and network workflows.
• Answer product feature and technical questions, linking platform capabilities to telecom realities.
• Develop account strategies with Sales to advance opportunities in the telecommunications vertical.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on telecom enhancements and differentiators.
• Share best practices and mentor other Solution Consultants in the telecom domain.
• Stay current on market trends, competitive positioning, and industry developments.
• Support marketing events, executive briefings, industry conferences, and telco user groups.
