Julius Baer is seeking a highly motivated Business Manager for the Technology Operating Office. You will drive operational and financial governance, develop data extraction queries, and support Run-the-Bank and Change-the-Bank initiatives.

The role combines data analysis, reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision making. English communication is essential in this global team.

Formación

• Candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modelling.
• Experience with reporting or data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and/or SAP S4/HANA; programming in C# is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly closing and reporting processes for the Technology area.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server databases to support business and financial processes.
• Analyse and validate data for accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Assist in designing, maintaining, and documenting relational data models.
• Troubleshoot data-related issues and implement improvements.
• Contribute to digitalization and data-driven initiatives.
