Job summary

SD Worx Spain is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to help customers maximize the SD Worx App and Portal. You will assist HR professionals and end users with login, access, and platform questions across digital channels and phone support.

You will join a small international team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and customer satisfaction are central. The role blends problem solving, customer interaction, and written communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch and French, both spoken and written.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience in a customer support, technical support, or service-oriented role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage support requests received through digital channels and phone support.
• Assist HR professionals and end users with login, access, and platform-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Analyse support tickets and identify opportunities to improve service quality and processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance the user experience.
