SD Worx, a leading European HR services provider, is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors specialist to implement robust, future-proof HR solutions for clients. You will guide customers through best practices, configure modules, and lead workshops to ensure successful adoption of the SuccessFactors platform.

The role emphasizes HR process expertise, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and the ability to work across international teams within SD Worx’s Cloud Business Line.

Formación

• Fluency in Dutch and a high level of English.
• SuccessFactors Associate Certification in at least one module (e.g., Employee Central, Time Management, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, or Learning).
• Solid understanding of HR processes.
• Excellent presentation skills for senior client stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Implement innovative SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients.
• Guide clients on SAP best practices and roadmap alignment.
• Lead client process walkthroughs to align business needs with system functionality.
• Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices; facilitate workshops and training.
• Ensure knowledge transfer to clients and internal support teams.
• Collaborate with international colleagues across SD Worx’s Cloud Business Line to share knowledge.

What do you have to offer?
