Geotab Madrid is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to diagnose hardware and software issues, supporting GO devices and the MyGeotab platform, with multi-language communication in English and German.

You will work with partners, customers, and internal teams across phone, chat, and email, requiring strong technical skills in SQL, Python, C#, JavaScript, and data warehouses like BigQuery; a 24/7 style schedule may apply.

Formación

• 1–3 years of customer service and technical troubleshooting experience.
• Post-secondary degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, C#, or JavaScript and data warehouses like BigQuery.
• Excel expert with pivot tables and reporting; comfortable with Google Workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; French language skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose hardware and software issues across Geotab products and platforms.
• Provide multi-channel support via phone, chat, and email to customers and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams and resellers for device setups and troubleshooting.
• Deliver product service training to resellers and customers.
