Geotab is seeking a Product Manager to lead product development from conception to launch in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Madrid. You will identify customer needs and market opportunities, build roadmaps, and guide initiatives from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.

You will work with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support, Data Science, and Product Leadership to validate problems and drive go-to-market strategies while balancing short-term objectives with

Formación

• 3-5 years of product management experience or related field.
• Experience with SaaS products and customer research.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate insights into requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to drive data-informed decisions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments.

Responsabilidades

• Define product roadmaps and translate customer needs into user stories and specs.
• Conduct customer discovery interviews to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Support and Data Science to execute go‑to‑market plans.
• Monitor KPIs and outcomes to measure product success and iterate on roadmaps.
