Confidential employer in Mallorca seeks a Technical Management Assistant for a full-time, permanent role in the technical department. You will provide essential administrative and organizational support, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key duties include handling work orders, planning visits, and coordinating maintenance contracts while preparing quotes and materials orders.

Formación

• Completed secondary education (ESO or equivalent).
• At least 12 months of relevant work experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and inventory/budgeting software.
• Valid driving license (Category B).
• Experience in HVAC, commercial refrigeration, or HORECA equipment sector is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, review, and monitor work orders and technician intervention reports before invoicing.
• Plan and coordinate visits, repairs, preventive maintenance contracts, and follow-up appointments.
• Prepare quotes, request prices, and place orders for materials and spare parts.
• Manage technical documentation, equipment records, and support files for regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with clients, suppliers, and field technicians to ensure proper completion of work.
• Assist Technical Director with departmental administration and process improvements.
