Job summary

INFINNI, a leading creator-economy platform, seeks a Technical Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of agency accounts. You will drive retention, adoption and expansion while generating pipeline through in-person networking and events.

You’ll discuss API, dashboard, integration and AI use cases with customers and collaborate with Product and Engineering as needed. The role combines customer success with commercial ownership and discovery, and involves travel approximately 40% of the year

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior Customer Success, Account Management or commercial role.
• Experience owning a customer portfolio and closing commercial opportunities.
• Proven upsell and account growth track record.
• Strong discovery, objection handling, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Comfort discussing technical/API-adjacent products; no coding required.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of agency accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Drive retention, adoption and expansion; identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
• Represent INFINNI at global events; generate new business and pipeline.
• Run consultative discovery, understand needs, and translate to use cases.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on solutions and feedback.
