Job summary

INFINNI is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead the strategic relationship with our largest clients in Spain, guiding them from onboarding through adoption, retention, and advocacy. You will ensure customers realize maximum value from our platform and support growth across the creator ecosystem.

Relocation to the Canary Islands is encouraged; travel ~20% may be required. Fluent English is essential; Spanish/Italian is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as Senior Customer Success Manager with large accounts.
• Strong background in SaaS business models and CRM tools.
• Willing to relocate to Canary Islands and travel ~20% of the time.
• Fluent in English; Spanish/Italian a plus.
• Previous team lead or managerial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: build and maintain strong relationships with our largest customers and act as trusted advisor.
• Customer Journey Management: oversee onboarding, adoption, retention, and advocacy across the client lifecycle.
• Internal Collaboration: coordinate with support, product and other teams to resolve issues and gather product feedback.
• Reporting and Metrics: prepare progress reports and forecasts using key account metrics.
• Thought Leadership: stay updated on industry trends and lead improvement projects.
