Job summary

Mytraffic is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to join our Madrid/Barcelona team. You will own adoption, value realization, and upsell opportunities across a diverse portfolio in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

Your focus will be on onboarding, training, and guiding clients through Gini and new features, collaborating with product and Sales to expand usage and ensure high satisfaction across key accounts in B2B SaaS.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a CSM role in B2B SaaS.
• Experience in data industry and/or GenAI.
• Bilingual in French and English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong portfolio management with key accounts.
• Passion for AI and ability to explain LLMs to any audience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver value quickly by showing concrete results tied to business goals.
• Expand value by reviewing client situations and identifying new needs.
• Lead AI shift with clients; promote Gini as a daily decision aid.
• Onboard, activate and monitor accounts with usage-centric focus.
• Convert goals into workflows and new use cases in Gini.
• Maintain portfolio rhythm with monthly check-ins and best practices.
• Identify risks early and act to prevent issues.
• Be the trusted advisor to stakeholders, technical or business.
• Represent client needs to product teams; unblock deployments and gather feedback.
• Generate upsell opportunities and testimonials to boost the Mytraffic brand.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with Sales.
